So I have this problem for 3 months and none of the updates fix the problem. I did everything to fix by myself, like cleaning my dust from desktop, checking my drivers that are updated and they are, watching some video tutorial regard of nvidia control panel by modifying the settings; did not fix the issue, and the stuttering problem occurs everywhere, all games, and indeed, in desktop.
I also reinstalled my windows if this will fix it, but no.
